1. Service. ListFlow Official helps Amazon sellers export listing data via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API).
2. Your responsibilities. You must own or be authorized to access the Seller Central account you connect. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and complying with Amazon's Developer Agreement and data protection policies.
3. Data use. Exported data is processed only to fulfill your export requests. We do not sell your listing data.
4. Availability. The service depends on Amazon APIs; outages or rate limits may delay exports.
5. Limitation of liability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
